Design and Install Services :

Planning The Project:

Consultation - Our initial goal is to define the scope of what you hope to accomplish and your priorities.  This will allow us to come back to you with budgets and a framework from which to make decisions. In this phase we are able to go over the Services necessary to achieve your vision for the project.

Estimating and Design Process - This process tends to be iterative as we refine the goals and budgets.  Our goal is to best meet your needs and budget with a reliable technology environment.

Team Coordination - While team composition varies by project, it's common for us to coordinate with you, your designer, architect, general contractor and other trades throughout the course of the project.  As a result, this ensures that nothing is overlooked and that your project has no "obstacles" creating problems during the process.

Work Begins :

Wiring and Infrastructure Installation - The first phase of our physical installation is typically infrastructural and includes deployment of low voltage wire and rough-in brackets for various devices.

System Installation - Once the installation phase commences, system elements and devices are expertly installed by our in-house team and the connections between various devices and components are made.

Configuration & Programming - In this phase the programming information and coding that is required for your various systems to function and interact with one another is set in place.

The Fun Begins:

System Customization - Once basic functionality of your system is established, customizations can be made based on your preferences. These might include schedules, media favorite, and specialty buttons such as "Goodbye" or "Welcome Home".

Training and Documentation - While we design systems for simplicity, certain elements of your system may require onsite training and or documentation.  

Support - During and after your warranty, we are available to help when things aren't perfect.  In most cases we can resolve issues remotely and in many instances before you ever knew things had gone awry.
